I received a decent haircut but paid extra for the MVP. The entire MVP was about 3 minutes start to finish. She rushed and acted like she had other things to do. I had to request for the chair massage to be turned on, and never received a message on neck and shoulder although I paid $5 extra. Not pleased.

Checked in waited online check in was showing up and went in front of us. Our time was pushed back further each time. Every time employees would get finished they would go to the back then it was time for a online customer. This place has went to the worst. I started when they opened I am done.

Just came across the reviews on this place and remembered how I was treated as a first time customer. May as well add my review to the long list of 1star reviews. Keep in mind that this was pre-covid. I was getting ready for a first date and it was a bit last minute, ofcourse i wanted to get a simple haircut to freshen up a bit. It was coming up to closing time and to be courteous to people who im sure are about ready to go home in an hour and a half, and to not waste my time just popping up, i called ahead to make sure they would take me if I got there before the posted closing time. After letting the gentleman know that Id probably get there 15minutes before close time, he said thats fine as long as i get there before the posted closing time. Needless to say, I got there 15mins BEFORE THE POSTED CLOSING TIME, and one of the workers rushed to the door to lock it. So as were talking through the glass storefront and im gesturing that id just called ahead, 2 other women came over, unlocked the door, and it became a big scene. Anyways, great job sport clips! So how's business during karm.. i mean covid?

So Shelby cut my hair the first time she did an ok JOB and was professional. My issue is I went in for a second hair cut yesterday 1/28/2020 I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with two employees working and they looked up at me but never even spoke to me. After a couple more minutes I said excuse me and one of the two ladies looked up and literally said "WHAT" I asked if they were the only two people working to which the reply was "what do you think" to which I replied oh you will not speak to me that way and walked out. For everyone to review! I went to the Sport Clips on Goodman today 1/29/2020 to be treated wonderfully different. The whole business is different and much more professional than Camp Creek Where the Employees treat you very BAD! do not visit Camp Creek Sports Clips!

Michelle looks and acts like she's on drugs. Also, her clothes are way too tight and makes me uncomfortable when I can see the imprint of her private parts.It's just nasty. Whoever is over this place needs to go over a dress code with her. I will not be back.
